Qualifications

• Completion of an RNFA program that meets AORN standards required.
• Two years' perioperative nursing experience preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular and pediatric life support certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates overall patient care in the Operating Room.
• Assists with patient transfer, positioning and prepping.
• Documents nursing diagnoses and patient care plans.
• Enhances efficiency in patient care settings by identifying cost-saving opportunities.
