Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking an experienced registered nurse for the Surgery Center in Mayfield Heights, OH. You will provide comprehensive care before, during, and after procedures, focusing on patient safety and high-quality outcomes in a collaborative environment.

This full-time day-shift role offers a competitive pay range of $36–$56 per hour, with opportunities for loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, relocation assistance, and resources supporting caregiver well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• 1+ year of current acute care RN experience or licensed military RN experience.
• Current state licensure as an RN; BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.
