Job summary

You will assess and formulate nursing diagnoses, plan, implement, and evaluate care while maintaining licensure, CPR, and continuing education requirements. ProMedica emphasizes quality care and community health impact.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period.
• At least 1 hour of CE related to Ohio nurse practice code and rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans with patients, families and health care team.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve care goals.
