Job summary

Harlingen Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the surgical services team. The role encompasses direct patient care throughout the perioperative process, collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and nursing staff to ensure safe, efficient procedures.

The RN will participate in circulating duties, patient positioning, and maintain precise documentation while upholding infection prevention and patient privacy. A strong emphasis on teamwork and clinical excellence is required.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required by hire and maintained.
• Minimum of one year perioperative experience or on-the-job training.
• CNOR certification preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities
