Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK seeks a day shift, full-time Surgery (OR) Circulator Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team. The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing school, and a current Oklahoma RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program to qualify for RN licensure in Oklahoma.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required for perioperative emergencies.
• Current Oklahoma RN license required for practice.
• CNOR is preferred for perioperative nursing.
• At least 1 year of RN experience in the OR/Circulator role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document perioperative nursing care per hospital standards.
• Provide age-appropriate care across the patient life span.
• Demonstrate growth and development knowledge relevant to patients' needs.
• Develop and implement plans of care in the OR ensuring efficient and quality patient care.
• Follow Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act rules and regulations.

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing school

BLS certification within 14 days of hire

ACLS certification

Oklahoma License as a Registered Nurse
