The ideal candidate will have experience in a sterile operating room setting and knowledge of human anatomy. LiveOnNY offers a competitive salary of $85,000-$90,000, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• CTP (Certified Transplant Preservationist) preferred.
• Good knowledge of human anatomy/function and basic medical terminology is necessary.
• Must be able to travel within the Greater New York service area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organ recovery and preservation procedures with various medical staff.
• Participate in organ donor recoveries at hospitals.
• Provide equipment and supplies for recovery and preservation of organs.
• Maintain organ preservation lab and restock inventory as needed.
• Perform surgical techniques during organ recovery.
