Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience in medical device companies.
• Experience in surgical, spine, or orthopaedic markets preferred.

• Organized and process-driven with strong project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in processes, products, and business to serve as an advisor for cross-functional teams and sales channels.
• Support analysis of product/brand performance, market trends, competition, and customer dynamics.
• Assist in defining, analyzing, and refining product/brand content and tactical plans.
• Support development of business objectives and product/brand strategies aligned with overall goals.
• Partner with Product Managers to create portfolio content, including messaging and talk tracks.
• Contribute to product launch plans, positioning, pricing, forecasting, budgeting, and campaigns.
• Create engaging marketing solutions and tools such as presentations and digital assets.
• Manage content routing through internal review processes and systems.
• Collaborate with medical education and clinical affairs to support education programs and VOC initiatives.
• Support on-site medical education, sales training, conferences, and events.
• Oversee third-party vendor activities from concept to execution.
