This full-time, 40‑hour weekly role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, scheduling surgical and pre‑operative procedures and handling registrations and insurance verifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience in a customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers and schedules patients for surgical and pre-operative procedures.
• Inform patients of their financial responsibilities.
• Provide patients with surgical and procedural information and instructions.
• Obtains and facilitates pre-certifications as required.
• Maintains calendars and schedules related to surgical and pre-operative procedures.
• Answers all incoming patient inquiries.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
