Augusta Health is seeking an Administrative Director of Surgical & Procedural Services to lead program development and service line growth. You will partner with senior leadership to advance physician relationships, procedural access, and patient and referral source satisfaction while ensuring regulatory compliance and performance improvement across the unit.

This role requires a Master’s in Nursing or healthcare field, BLS, and 3+ years in healthcare with leadership experience; the position is

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree of Nursing or healthcare related field.
• Annual education per hospital certifications.
• BLS certification.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare.
• 3+ years of experience in leadership role Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and growth of service line volume.
• Develop and sustain physician relationships and procedural access.
• Advance patient and referral source satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
• Integrate with operations and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Oversee budget preparation and profitability for the area.
