Jobot is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a premier Outpatient Orthopedic Practice focused on Ortho Spine. This role offers a 50-50 surgical and clinical split in a busy outpatient setting.

Candidates must have active WA state license, first assist/surgical experience, and a minimum of two years related clinical work; the package includes strong benefits, 401K with match, annual bonus, CME reimbursement, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be a PA-C from an accredited school.
• Prefer 2+ years related clinical experience.
• First Assist/Surgical experience required.
• Active WA State license.
• BLS Certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide PA-led patient assessments in outpatient ortho spine.
• Assist in surgical procedures as first assistant.
• Collaborate with surgeons and care team in outpatient setting.
