Job Details

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join a growing orthopedic practice with a strong spine/general orthopedic focus. This role offers meaningful clinical variety, a collaborative physician environment, and a thoughtfully designed schedule that prioritizes work-life balance.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekend rotation: every other weekend or every third weekend
• Saturday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Sunday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• When covering a weekend, weekday hours are reduced during the same week
• No call

Clinical Details

• Average daily patient volume of ~25 patients
• Outpatient orthopedic setting
• No office or after-hours call
• Collaborative care model working alongside 5 orthopedic physicians
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with orthopedic physicians
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Contribute to a team-based, patient-centered care environment
