- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to optimize patient care and ensure effective communication.
