Job summary

UCHealth in Loveland, CO is seeking a part-time RN for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The role provides direct patient care in a technically complex environment with a strong emphasis on multidisciplinary collaboration and evidence-based practice.

Minimum requirements include RN licensure, 6 months ICU/PCU experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. Onsite position with no remote option and a two-week pay period of 48 hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or state board nursing program.
• State licensure as an RN.
• 6 months ICU/OR/PCU nursing (RN) experience or UCHealth Fellowship completion.
• BLS and ACLS certifications in-hand before start date.
• BLS/ACLS cards valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
• Precept new healthcare staff and UCHealth learners.
• Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
