The position requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, RN licensure, 3+ years of leadership experience, ACLS, and BLS. On-site schedule with Day shift and full-time status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current State RN licensure.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience.
• ACLS certification required.
• BLS certification current; card valid through start date or renewal timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned nursing unit(s) to align with departmental and organizational goals.
• Lead staff relations, performance management, scheduling, payroll, and student engagements.
• Monitor budgets, compliance, contracts, and vendor relationships; justify and manage systems/equipment purchases.
