Qualifications

• Experience with arterial line management and central line care.
• BiPAP/CPAP management and blood product administration.
• Ability to start and maintain IVs.
• Knowledge of arterial blood gases and dysrhythmias.
• Ability to manage cardiac and vasoactive drips without titration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Administer medications and other prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Float to similar units as needed.
• Work night shifts with weekend commitments based on unit needs.
