Barnes-Jewish Hospital in Missouri invites RNs to join the 163PCU Surgical Progressive Care Unit. This 19-bed unit cares for high-acuity post-operative patients across transplant, hepatobiliary, ENT, plastic/orthopedic microsurgery and trauma services. New graduates welcome with sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• Active state RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care with assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

• Develops and documents care plans with defined goals.
• Assesses patient needs across physical, psychosocial, and cultural dimensions.
