Allegheny Health Network's Pathology Institute is recruiting a full-time Surgical Pathologist to join our team serving the Pittsburgh area. The position involves a highly subspecialized clinical service across AHN hospitals with extensive surgical pathology and cytology work.

The ideal candidate will hold an MD or DO, be boarded in Anatomic Pathology (or AP/CP), and may have Neuropathology fellowship experience. Teaching and research opportunities are available within our academic collaborations.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anatomic Pathology.
• Fellowship or experience in Neuropathology preferred.
• Pennsylvania License.

Responsibilities

• Provide subspecialized surgical pathology service at AHN hospitals.
• Participate in teaching in residency and Cytopathology/Fellowship programs.
• Eligible for academic appointments and research collaborations.
