Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Takes initial patient histories and performs physical exams; documents and communicates the plan of care and follow-up.
• Conducts daily patient rounds; writes orders for medications, labs, and diagnostic tests.
• Interprets lab/test results; coordinates with physicians and care team to ensure quality care; notes discharge summaries and referrals.
• Performs OR duties as first assist and performs post-discharge instructions for patients.
