Qualifications

• Graduate from an ARC-PA certified PA program.

• Qualify for prescriptive authority (CDS/DEA).
• Maintain BLS certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists surgeons in the operating room as delegated by the supervising and attending physicians.
• Develops laparoscopic and DaVinci robotic first-assist skills.
• Performs daily postoperative rounds and coordinates post-op care.
• Documents admission H&P, daily progress notes, orders, and discharge summaries.
• Assists with bedside procedures and supports quality initiatives and compliant billing.
