Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for procedures and ensure instruments and sterile supplies are available
• Provide scrub support and assist surgeons and nursing staff during procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control policies
• Handle, organize, and pass instruments and equipment with accuracy
• Assist with direct patient care before, during, and after surgery
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses and perioperative staff to ensure coordinated care
• Participate in quality improvement and ongoing professional development
