Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years supply chain experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work with healthcare providers and Purchasing.
• Must have computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, store, and distribute supplies for surgical/OR/medical areas.
• Maintain adequate inventory in a cost-effective manner.
• Coordinate all return and recall items in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and provide guidance on backordered or unavailable items.
• Coordinate across VCU Health system to ensure supplies are available to a provider to complete the assigned work.
• Work with service line leads to improve supply utilization, decrease/optimize inventory, and evaluate future needs.
• Utilize ERP for supply ordering and par maintenance.
