Job summary

Openwork Health is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our surgical team in Arkansas. You will support surgeons, anesthesiologists and perioperative staff, ensuring patient safety, sterile technique, and accurate documentation throughout the operative workflow.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Prior operating room or perioperative nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and patient safety protocols
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in the operating room.
• Assist surgeons during operations and maintain a sterile field.
• Prepare operating rooms and instruments per protocols.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Document all aspects of patient care in medical records accurately.
