Incredible Health is hiring an Operating Room/Surgical Nurse (RN) in the Seattle, WA area. The role supports patients undergoing surgery with diverse OR experiences and on-call flexibility. Requires ADN or higher nursing degree and an active RN license, with 1+ year of OR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years OR/surgical setting experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery per AORN standards.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe OR environment.
• Assist in intra-operative patient care with nursing and technical duties.
• Monitor vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about the procedure and postoperative care.
