Job summary

Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley in Pleasanton is seeking a Surgery Materials Coordinator to manage consumable supplies in the Department of Surgical Services, coordinating consignment instruments for specialty cases within budgeted space. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, adjust par levels and items as appropriate.
• Review future schedule for potential conflicts and procure supplies/equipment.
• Process repair requests and troubleshoot as needed.
• Confirm and order special implants or requested items.
• Review and complete “Hand Charge” forms with appropriate information.
• Maintain labeling and organization of supplies and ensure accuracy of PBDS kits.
