Job summary

St Anthony North Hospital is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator to lead the Operating Room team and coordinate daily clinical activities. You will serve as a key clinical resource, manage shift assignments, and ensure high-quality patient care in a high-volume surgical setting.

You will assess needs, develop care plans, and partner with physicians and the care team to uphold standards of practice. A strong clinical background and leadership potential are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license to practice in state of employment.
• Associate degree in nursing or equivalent via endorsement.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual needs.
• Evaluate patient responses and intervene to optimize outcomes.
• Develop and implement plan of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Lead, support, and coordinate unit operations during shift.
• Direct, organize and prioritize shift activities to meet patient and staff needs.
• Ensure appropriate admissions and staff skill mix for safe care.
