Job summary

St. Anthony North Hospital in Westminster, CO is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator to support the department director by coordinating clinical and department activities, serving as a key clinical resource and role model.

You will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, deliver high-quality care, act as a liaison between physicians and the care team, assign duties, manage as shift charge, and take patient assignments based on acuity and unit needs.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or by endorsement is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• RN license to practice in state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient’s physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual needs and intervenes to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement plan of care with interdisciplinary team and observe outcomes.
• Leadership and coordination of unit operations during designated shift.
• Direct, organize, and prioritize shift activities to ensure patient care and staff needs are met.
• Ensure appropriate admissions/case mix and staff skill mix for safe patient care.
• Serve as liaison to the multidisciplinary patient care team.
