Job summary

St. Anthony North Hospital is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator for the Operating Room to provide operational leadership for a high-volume surgical department.

You will assign daily staff, manage rooms, coach staff, and support education and practice standards in collaboration with the Manager and Director. The role focuses on a 600–700+ monthly case volume, OR suites plus cystoscopy and minor procedure rooms, with emphasis on Ortho service line.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or by endorsement required.
• One year of clinical RN experience required.
• RN license to practice in state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual needs.
• Evaluate patient responses and intervene for optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement and observe plans of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Provide leadership and coordinate unit operations during shifts.
• Direct, organize, and prioritize shift activities to ensure safe care.
