Qualifications

• 6 months in acute care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient-related care under the supervision of a licensed caregiver.
• Assists with activities of daily living and ambulation; monitors and records vital signs.
• Maintains accurate medical record documentation for care delivered and communicates changes to the care team.
