Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides patient related care tasks across the life span per unit standards.
• Observes and reports patient changes to a licensed caregiver and maintains accurate medical records.
• Assists with activities of daily living, vital signs, and intake/output as directed.
• Addresses questions from patients, families, or health care team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
