The role involves direct patient care, vital signs, and accurate medical record documentation, under supervision. Requires a high school diploma or GED and BLS; CNA/EMT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience or completion in nursing/medical assisting is preferred.
• CNA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides and collaborates direct patient care services under the supervision of a licensed caregiver, including activities of daily living and vital signs.
• Observes and reports changes in patient condition and maintains medical record documentation related to care delivered.
• Addresses questions or concerns from patients, families, caregivers, or health care team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
