Qualifications

• Clinical Other/EMT - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care tasks based on growth and development across patient life span.
• Assist, observe, and report patient changes to a licensed caregiver.
• Maintain accurate medical record documentation for the care delivered.
• Provide and collaborate direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed caregiver.
• Address questions or concerns from patients, families, caregivers, or health care team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
