Qualifications
- MSN required with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Three years nursing experience and leadership responsibilities.
- Formal leadership role in nursing practices and operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage workforce of Advanced Practice Providers in Surgery.
- Recruitment and onboarding as directed by Director of Advanced Practice.
- Provide clinical leadership with physician support and NP representation.
- Develop protocols and standardized procedures for Nurse Practitioners.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
- Lead performance improvement activities to evaluate program effectiveness.
