Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
- ACLS and BLS certifications (or will obtain BLS within 30 days).
- Proficiency in nursing process and patient care planning.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
- Maintains accountability for patient care of assigned patients.
- Coordinates patient care with other departments.
- Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of information.
- Performs duties in line with Mercy mission and standards.
