Job summary

Wilson Health is seeking a Surgery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 1st shift team in Sidney, Ohio. The RN will function as a scrub and/or circulator in the Operating Room/Endoscopy, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care during invasive procedures.

The role requires nursing education, BLS/ACLS certification, and CNOR is preferred. Candidates should have 1–2 years of perioperative or M/S experience and be prepared for on-call duties with a 30-minute response expectation.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• One to two years of Medical-Surgical experience or two years perioperative services experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 2 months of hire and maintained.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of hire and maintained.
• Certified Nurse, Operating Room (CNOR) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide scrub and/or circulator care in the Operating Room/Endoscopy.
• Facilitate safe and effective conduct of invasive procedures and ensure patient safety.
• Administer medications safely and correctly.
• Communicate patient status to the care team throughout the continuum of care.
• Respond to on-call rotations and be available within 30 minutes of notification.
