Job summary

META Dynamic, Inc. is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide real-time intraoperative navigation support for neurosurgery, spine, and ENT procedures.

You will prepare imaging studies, assist with case planning, and collaborate with surgeons and OR staff to optimize accuracy and workflow. This role requires early starts, schedule variability, travel between facilities, and the ability to work under pressure in operating rooms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or operating room experience required.
• Experience in surgical environments, medical devices, or clinical support preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with medical imaging and navigation systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative navigation support to surgeons during complex procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of image-guided systems.
• Prepare preoperative imaging and support surgical planning.
• Act as clinical/technical expert to surgeons and OR staff.
• Coordinate with Radiology on imaging protocols.
• Train physicians and hospital personnel on navigation system use.
