META Dynamic, Inc. is a growing medical device services company delivering image-guided navigation support across neurosurgery, spine, and ENT procedures.

The Associate Clinical Specialist provides real-time intraoperative assistance to surgeons, partnering with OR teams to optimize accuracy and workflow. The role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability to an ever-changing schedule, and the ability to travel between facilities within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical/operating room experience.
• Experience in surgical environments, medical devices, or clinical support preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with imaging and navigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative navigation support during complex procedures.
• Assist with real-time image-guided navigation to aid surgical precision.
• Load and validate MRI/CT imaging; assist with preoperative planning.
• Serve as clinical/technical expert to surgeons and OR staff; offer real-time guidance.
• Coordinate with Radiology to ensure imaging protocol quality.
• Educate physicians and hospital staff on navigation system use.
