Job summary

META Dynamic, Inc. is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide real-time, image-guided navigation support in neurosurgery, spine, and ENT procedures. The role requires residency in or relocation to the Charleston, SC area and entails early starts, on-call coverage, and cross-hospital collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a clinical/operating room background, strong communication, and expertise with image-guided navigation systems, ensuring accurate imaging and surgical planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical/operating room experience.
• Experience in surgical environments, medical devices, or clinical support preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with medical imaging and navigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative navigation support during complex surgical procedures
• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of image-guided systems
• Perform preoperative case preparation, including loading and validating MRI and CT imaging
• Serve as a clinical and technical expert to surgeons and OR staff
• Coordinate with Radiology to ensure imaging protocols and scan quality
• Train and educate physicians and hospital personnel on navigation system utilization
• Act as primary contact for assigned accounts and drive utilization growth
• Communicate case outcomes and system performance to leadership
• Ensure equipment is maintained, calibrated, and compliant with standards
• Maintain responsiveness for case coverage and schedule variability
• Support coverage across multiple facilities as needed
