Job summary

META Dynamic, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to provide real-time intraoperative navigation support across neurosurgery, spine, and ENT procedures.

You will collaborate with surgical teams, load imaging studies, and assist with preoperative planning to enhance accuracy and workflow. The ideal candidate has a clinical or operating room background, strong technical skills with medical imaging and navigation systems, and the ability to adapt to early hours, varied

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical/operating room experience.
• Experience in surgical environments, medical devices, or clinical support preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with medical imaging and navigation systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within surgical teams.
• High attention to detail and strong decision-making capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative navigation support during complex surgical procedures
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of image-guided systems
• Load and validate MRI/CT imaging and support surgical planning
• Serve as clinical/technical expert to surgeons and OR staff
• Coordinate with Radiology for imaging protocols and scan quality
• Train physicians and hospital staff on navigation system use
• Maintain equipment and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support case coverage with early mornings and schedule variability
