Job summary

META Dynamic, Inc. seeks an Associate Clinical Specialist in San Diego to deliver real-time intraoperative navigation support across neurosurgery, spine, and ENT procedures.

You will work with surgeons and OR staff to load imaging data, plan cases, and ensure system readiness in a fast-paced surgical setting. The role requires independence, superb communication, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules; a bachelor’s or equivalent OR experience is required, with familiarity with medical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent clinical/operating room experience.
• Experience in surgical environments, medical devices, or clinical support preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative navigation support during complex procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of image-guided systems.
• Load and validate MRI/CT imaging and support surgical planning.
• Serve as clinical/technical expert to surgeons and OR staff.
• Coordinate with Radiology for imaging protocols and quality.
• Train physicians and hospital staff on navigation system use.
• Act as primary contact for assigned accounts and drive utilization.
