Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; may include MA, CNA, EMT, or paramedic certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as MA/CNA/EMT/ACA/PCA/Paramedic or phlebotomist.
• CCMA/CMA/AAMA/RMA preferred; BLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians/providers with patient care and rooming patients.
• Perform administrative tasks: scheduling, chart management, and records handling.
• Maintain infection control and prepare exam rooms/equipment.
• Respect patient autonomy, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with Care Coordinator for patient-centered initiatives.
