Responsibilities

• Performs patient care responsibilities as assigned and documents in EPIC.
• Cross-trained on front desk duties: greeting patients, scheduling, and chart handling.
• Maintains infection control and prepares exam/procedure rooms and instruments.
• Ensures timely and accurate billing and prepares patient instructions.
• May assist with chaperone duties for procedures and perform other duties as required.
