Core Physicians in Exeter, NH is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant to support clinical, clerical and business tasks under supervision. The role includes pre-visit work, vital signs, medication reconciliation, and assisting providers with exams.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• CMA/RMA/CCMA certification or registration required or within 6 months of hire.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical duties such as pre-visit work, obtaining vital signs, and medication reconciliation.
• Assist providers with examinations and/or procedures.
• Prepare exam rooms, stock supplies, and sterilize instruments as required.
• Respond to patient portal messages the same day following standard procedures.
• Handle daily administrative duties including scheduling, greetings, and chart organization.
