Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc. is seeking a Laser Technician I to support operating room readiness in Tucson. The technician sterilizes and prepares equipment before procedures and remains in the room as directed by physicians.

Responsibilities include cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing instruments after procedures, transporting equipment as needed, and ensuring all devices operate reliably. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior medical, EMT, Surgical Technologist, or military experience preferred.
• Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to lift up to eighty pounds and push or pull up to one hundred pounds.
• Must be able to stand or sit for long periods and bend/reach repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Tests, cleans, and sterilizes equipment in the operating room before procedures.
• Present in the operating room during procedures as required by the physician.
• Removes, cleans, disinfects, and sterilizes all surgical equipment after procedures.
• Ensures equipment readiness and communicates defects or maintenance needs timely.
