Job summary

Highridge Medical is seeking a Surgical Kit Technician for a second shift to support inbound logistics, including inspection, decontamination, and processing of loaner kits. You will work with SAP and Implant Base, ensure documentation accuracy, and train junior team members while maintaining a clean, compliant workspace.

You will need strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle overtime and on-call duties as required by the role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• English verbal and written communication required.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to work with others.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime/holidays on short notice and rotate on-call.
• Experience with a WMS is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect loaner kits and test instruments for proper working condition.
• Process loaner sets through Implant Base and SAP.
• Identify and remove non-conforming product from loaner kits.
• Repackage product as required.
• Decontaminate loaner kits upon return and follow work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist in answering inspection questions and training lesser-experienced operators.
