Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a Surgery Coordinator to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of instruments for procedures and coordinate inventory transport to medical facilities. You will support on-site fulfillment and work with cross-functional teams to fulfill orders.

Key requirements include a HS diploma or GED, 2 years in supply chain or related field, and a valid driver’s license. On-site role with occasional holidays and up to travel may apply.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 2 years’ experience preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales Support, Inventory Management, or related field.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with staff to ensure timely and accurate submission of surgery requisitions.
• Fulfill surgery requests accurately within time constraints.
• Use ERP/MRP software to loan, receive, ship, issue and monitor inventory; coordinate with shipping as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and Operations to fulfill orders on time; assist on-site warehouse personnel.
• Maintain real-time inventory status and provide updates to leadership and Sales teams.
• Handle inventory returns promptly; boxing, packing, labeling, and shipping instruments.
• Deliver/retrieve inventory for restock and urgent needs; participate in training and product knowledge initiatives.
