Qualifications

• Experience verifying medical insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Experience obtaining prior authorizations, precertifications, and referrals.
• Ability to explain insurance coverage and patient financial responsibility clearly.
• Strong organization and detail orientation in a fast-paced clinic.
• Proficiency with EHRs and payer portals; knowledge of CPT/ICD-10/CHCPCS helpful.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
