Job summary

Stryker is seeking an on-site Installation Technician to install surgical light suspensions, booms, and video integration systems. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external trades, plus travel 100% from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include detailed installation work, documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Heavy lifting and travel by air are expected commitments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 0-2 years technical experience or comparable skill set.

Responsibilities

• Install surgical light suspension systems, booms, and video integration systems.
• Perform detailed product inventory and ensure site readiness.
• Document installation tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for installation activities.
• Ensure safety and quality standards per regulatory requirements.
• Provide basic operational training to customers as needed.
• Maintain inventory of tools and equipment.
