Job summary

Stryker is seeking an on-site installer to manage the installation and testing of surgical light suspensions, booms, video systems and related cabling. You will document processes, coordinate with project teams, and travel nationally as required.

You will interpret wire diagrams and CAD drawings, maintain records, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards while providing timely updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 0-2 years of technical experience or comparable skill set.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify site readiness and inventory of installable equipment; communicate issues to project team.
• Install surgical light suspensions, booms, video integration systems and cabling per standards.
• Program, test, and inspect video sources; document checks prior to project sign-off.
• Maintain records of installation tasks and provide project updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage daily schedules for timely completion.
• Read and follow wire diagrams and CAD drawings; assure compliance with safety standards.
