Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on nursing standards.
• Promoting patient- and family-centered care and education on illness management and medication administration.
• Ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in care delivery.
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans with interdisciplinary team collaboration.
