with an every-third-weekend schedule and rotating holidays. Under RN supervision, you will prepare patient charts, process physician orders, manage bed tracking, handle phones, and maintain supplies while upholding HIPAA and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills for recording patient information in computerized databases.
• Ability to read, spell, and write clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients charts and ensures forms are available.
• Assembles charts for admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Processes physician orders and uses bedtracking systems.
• Answers telephones and routes messages to unit staff.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA and clinic policies.
• Inventory and stock supplies; keeps areas neat and organized.
